It’s a story that could only be written in America, and only possible in Kentucky. Greg Keeley, a combat veteran with service in both Australian and U.S. navies, launched the Lawrenceburg Bourbon Company in January 2023. 

Why?  Folks said it would not work - and that simply didn’t fly for the Aussie born larrikin.  

Greg, and wife Katie, had begun the journey to build a distillery and bourbon brand from the ground up and realized they had forgotten a lesson, learned from years of overseas service: You are defined by who you are, not where you are. And let’s be clear, they are fair-dinkum larrikins.
