OUR WHISKEY

Whiskey for the Larrikins — built the right way, awarded accordingly, and poured with a little irreverence.

Small Batch Bourbon

Five Barrels. 80 proof. Rich Carmel, soft spice, smooth finish. A refined bourbon for people who know what they’re drinking.

Eight years. 100 proof. No shortcuts. Bold rye spice, classic backbone. Bottled-in-Bond done properly.

Bottled in Bond

A gentle rosewater lift on a solid bourbon backbone. Floral on the nose, proper bourbon underneath. Curious? Good.

What makes a
larrikin?

“Larrikin” is an Australian word, made famous by Aussie soldiers in WWI - people who faced serious business with humor, grit, and a healthy disregard for nonsense.

That spirit stuck.

The Larrikin Way means we take the work seriously, but not ourselves. We show up, do the job properly, and skip the fluff.

We respect tradition, but we’re not precious about it. We trust our process, our palate, and a bit of patience. If it doesn’t make the bourbon better, it doesn’t matter.

A little discipline.

A little defiance.

A healthy dollop of irreverence.

That’s the Larrikin Way.

Veteran Owned.

Veteran Distilled.

Founder Greg Keeley served in the U.S. Navy and Royal Australian Navy, with combat deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. We carry that discipline into every barrel — high standards, no shortcuts, no bullshit.

At Larrikin, service matters. Our team draws on Veterans from Law Enforcement, First Responders, Nursing, and the Military (even Airforce).
